"Great Location. Hotel does need updating"

"The room was decent and everyone was nice. The refrigerator did not work and it was not fixed or replaced over a 2 night stay. The ice machines were also broken and only worked on the 1st floor which was inconvenient. The toilet was also extremely low to the floor. This made it harder for an older person to use easily."

"I love the enclosed balcony very private but still able to enjoy the weather"

"Excellent Stay at Latitude – Highly Recommended! Initially, we were skeptical about booking a short-term rental in an apartment complex. We were also concerned about the location since we were attending events in New Orleans. We were impressed with everything Latitude had to offer. "Rooms were good, location is safe, gated parking for no charge was a nice bonus, staff was friendly and helpful, good stay."

"Everyone was nice but is not that great of a hotel as it is shown, breakfast is ok and it is not that clean or big as it seems in pictures but the main thing was that it is advertised as being close to downtown/tourists places and it is not, the Uber’s were really expensive."

"Good hotel."

"Very comfortable bed and very quiet."

"Clean room, beautiful hotel, excellent location, great staff. Our second stay and we will be back"

"Well kept hotel."
