"This is my first long stay in Kyoto. So I want to stay in traditional Japanese style and this Ryokan served me well. Very closed to Nishiki Market that full of Japanese style street food. Even a bit far from train station but it surround by 3 different Line that easy to planning daily travel. Warm welcome from Ryokan owner, friendly and good communication in English. "We had a great time! Beautiful room with great amenities! Onsen in balcony was the best thing. Room service was on point and all the staff were very attentive and very very nice! On the way back home on a rainy day one of the female staff kindly came outside and helped me carry suit case in taxi. She kindly told me to get in the car first because it’s raining and she said she will take care of suit case. I am very pleased with this Omotenashi service and I have so much respect and appreciation....
