"Absolutely loved this place. Will definitely be back. I look forward to seeing it again when the outdoor area is finished. Food amazing. Rooms peaceful. The only issue was heavy slamming doors."

"Enjoyed the stay at Fatima Hotel. Easy to find, rooms are beautiful, and facilities are great."

"Really enjoyed staying here for a couple of nights . Conveniently located for a stay while visiting the beautiful gorillas of the nearby Volcanoes N.P. The staff was super nice, the tent was cozy and was surrounded by the gorgeous peaks of the 5 volcanoes. Food was good and the property dog friendly and cute. Couldn't ask for more."

"From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the staff cannot do enough to make your stay a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend this hotel"

"We had such a great time here! Property felt safe and welcoming. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable and water was hot for a few minutes. Michael is genuinely the most hospitable person I have ever met on the road. He offered to pick us up from the bus station when we arrived, arranged transportation to and from the national park, and even invited us into his own home for breakfast. "The staff was the best part. They were so accommodating and friendly. The garden was also beautiful and the food was amazing. Highly recommend. "

"Best place, best staff, bwat food we will come again"

"So yes this was 100% a white lotus type experience. That said. The service was impeccable. We went to kinigi for gorilla trekking and Sambora coordinated every detail beyond the permits. They did everything from finding the right outerwear to finding us a great driver. Meals were delicious. We sat every night at a long table with other guests which was fun - we were traveling as a couple so was nice to mix it up. But yes. White lotus. Just be prepared."

"Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was cleaned each day and the breakfast was prepared well and largely on time as requested"

"Wonderful lux lodge very close to Volcanoes natural park. Tasty menu included in room rate, well-appointed rooms and very friendly staff to make your time relaxing and comfortable. "

"The staff made us feel like VIPs from the moment we arrived. The rooftop dining experience was unforgettable - grilled fish, fresh juice, and a view that looks like a postcard. Conveniently close to the border if you're exploring both countries."

"The house is a 15-20’ walk from the center. Difficult to communicate with the lady (no French, little English) but her husband speaks fluent French. Excellent breakfast, clean and spacious room."
