Bad: Almost all rooms have no windows (& this was not mentioned in room description), toilet bowl & shower walls needs proper scrubbing, smart TV remote was not functioning, no toiletaries (no soap, shampoo etc). "Clean room - but nothing like the pictures featured on their advertising. A small bolt was the only security to the outside of the building/balcony and looked over a secluded car park, so felt a little vulnerable. Staff were friendly and easy to get a grab to restaurants/ central Miri."
