"The price and the condition of the hotel doesnt match. Really need a major renovation. Asking for a king bed but end up being sent to two single bed. Didnt notify upfront. Furthermore i was there the whole time while waiting for check in at 3 pm but the guy at the front counter didnt tell me upfront that i have to give a deposit of Rm 100 in cash. The walkway was dirty and filthy. I can get a better place if im at the other place. Not recommended"

"The room is clean and tidy. The staff are very helpful."

"Need to refinish "

"There was an insect on my bed. Three mosquitoes in my room. I don’t even know how they got there. Wallpapers were peeling. The restroom door will not close entirely. The mattress will move and make noise when you turned your body sleeping. I can hear dogs outside barking. I can hear people talking in the hallway. The hallways smell like cigarette smoke."

"Big spaces room for 3A + 1C. Comfortable bed."

"Receptionist Amy was helpful during checkin. Not much changed since my last stay in March 2026. Tried hotel restaurant char kway tiow on 1st night but the dish was terrible and reported to the cashier lady."

"Friendly and helpful staff, cozy and comfy environment. Room design very nice."

"Sangat memuaskan, bilik yang sangat bersih. "

"With bath tub but can't use due to missing of cover for holes. Request from front desk, said no stock."

"Almost everything was perfect except bathroom amenities. We usually find bar soap and shampoo in almost wherever we stayed. We had two rooms and none of them had it. Although it is really small thing but makes a big difference. Otherwise I would recommend it to anyone wishing to visit pangkor island. Very close to the ferry."
