One night stay en route to islands
Stayed in hotel after arriving too late to travel onwards to the islands. Check in was fine, but room itself was in a poor condition, with facilities very run down. The sheets and towels were dirty. Breakfast was delivered to our room in the morning, which was a nice touch, but unfortunately was not particularly appetising.
We were interested in seeing whether there was somewhere in the area where we could get a drink, but were told that nowhere would be open (it was only ~8pm, so found this strange). We were given a lift to the jetty in the morning at well over expected cost for trip.
Wifi is only available in lobby

Amat memuaskan cuma saya tidak dapat duduk lebih lama ini kerana saya check in 1130 mlm dan keluar 0800 pagi. Bagi saya sangat memuaskan dn selesa utk saya yg datang dari jauh.

Less 5 people were overnight at the hotel. Does not have good facility and entertainment. No swimming pool, no lift, poor site view etc

Hotel from Hell
Worst Hotel I've ever stayed.
The toilet is extremely dirty and smells.
The shower has no water pressure at all. You can't shower at all.
Everything in the room is run down and the bed comfort is terrible.
I wouldn't stay in this hotel for free!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Near the beach. One of the better hotel to stay near Kuala Besut before going to Perhentian Island the next day.

Considerate staff; some are money hungry
This was our first stop of our honeymoon and the room was decorated appropriately for the occasion which we really appreciated!!!! Staff was warm and welcoming however on the last day, it turned a bit sour. One of the employees took us to a a little shop to exchange money. As it was very hot that day, we asked if he would like something to drink. He wanted a Coke and then asked us to buy him credit for his phone which we did. However, when he dropped us off at the jetty to go to Perhentian Islands, after paying for the ride (which was more than a regular taxi), he requested a tip!! I am not against the idea of tipping however after buying him a bottle of Coke and credit for his phone, he had the audacity to ask for more! Overall, a good to place to stay at before going to Perhentian Island.

OK but don't expect much
1) Rooms were spacious but property location is a bit isolated.
2) The signage to the hotel is not lighted at night and can easily miss it.
3) Breakfast is delivered to the room so if you're not a morning person, let the front desk know ahead of time.
4) Also for housekeeping to refresh room, keys need to be left at front desk if you head out.
5) There's no pool at this hotel but purpose was to head to the islands so no issues.
6) 5 minutes drive to the jetty to Perhentian Island.
7) Staff were extremely polite and helpful.
Don't expect 5 star facilities or service from this property but overall it's OK and I'd rather stay here than a motel above a shoplot any day.

El peor hotel en el que he estado
Simplemente desastroso. Hotel prácticamente abandonado, lejos de todo. No vimos a nadie más alojado pero sí muchos "trabajadores" sin hacer nada, que parecían amigos pasando el rato o haciendo allí otro tipo de negocios. Cuando nos dieron la habitación estaba sucia, había bichos... pedimos que nos la cambiaran y nos dijeron que nos harían pagar más, pero viendo nuestro enfado aceptaron. La nueva habitación estaba igual. A la mañana siguiente nos despertaron a las 8 aporreando la puerta para traernos un desayuno que no habíamos pedido. Imaginamos que fue porque no tenían un comedor habilitado. En mi opinión, este hotel no debería aparecer ni en esta ni en ninguna web que se precie.
