Kamogawa Packages (Flight + Hotel)

The hotel, staff, amenities, bar, food and the area was amazing. No complaints, and I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tokyo. Shoutout to the kind staff and the amenities of this hotel. Top Notch.

wonderful stay, smooth check in and very helpful staff. area was peaceful but close to plenty of food and shopping.

Everything was perfect about this hotel. The check in process was super easy and the entire staff speaks English fluently. The elevators run efficiently and the rooms are clean and well designed. We fit three adults in one room with no issues. I loved that the toilet is separate from the shower as well. We didn’t use the hotel’s bistro because there was so much food nearby. It’s a very short walk to Ueno Station and Ameya Yokocho is not much further. The next time I come to Japan with my family, we will stay here.

We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are very clean, modern and spacious. We will definitely be returning to this hotel next time we are in Tokyo. It’s also a great area for reaching restaurants and attractions by foot.

Hotel is very accessible with everything, staff is very nice amd friendly.only bad side is the bed is hard and pillows are too small we have to ask for more since they provide only 1 per person.
