"The chalet was amazing. We enjoyed being there so much. The heated tub, sauna and speaker made our stay enjoyable. We cooked a simple dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. "The place seemed a little like something out of a horror film. The room itself was nice (the balcony door was broken which was disappointing) but the actual facility is nothing like the pictures. I never saw a staff person (not sure if there is even breakfast available) and the place was completely dark and dead even though I got there during the supposed check in time. It was perfect and you had everything you need for a family in it. fully equipped kitchen coffee machine there is even a grill in the garden. enjoyed the view of the mountains around us and it was only 5 minutes walk to the famous hallstatt lake. very clean and cozy. the only issues I faced is the room downstairs have small beds that is not that comfy,and the internet is not that good I think mainly because we are in...
