"Amazing hotel in the perfect location. We absolutely loved the spa and rooftop pool, all of which was done with great care. Well, this hotel gets my highest five star rating, and I highly recommend it to others, my two minor suggestions would be to have foldable luggage racks in the rooms and to allow individual guests to regulate the temperature of the rooms as ours was at a toasty 24.7°C, and we were unable to change it. Again, highly highly recommend this place and we plan to come back."

"The apartment was well equipped and clean. "

"Real view is not beautiful as in advertising picture. Very expensive and not worth the price. My room can not see any beautiful view. Rural and old hotel and far from town. Suit for people who use car. We can not sleep all night because in the night there're bad smell in room, it's bad smell like puke and there're some little noise in the room and we don't know that where dose the sound come from? It seems like ghost. Kitchen and bin are locate near headboard and bed,you will see old kitchen...

"Spa facilities in a natural setting and very nice rooms. Restaurant was ok but very overpriced- since the location is somewhat isolated it felt like being held hostage for meals. Otherwise everything was perfect."

"I arrived on 17.30 pm. I lost my phone last 2 days before arrive at the hotel. It was so problems. I used my friend phone to called the hotel. I was appreciated by them. They were helping to come for checked in for me . Because they sent the code for check in to me by email. The room was so cleaned and comfortable. I can see the lake closer. Unfortunately it was raining all day. But still so beautiful. I hope i will come back again. "
