駐車場からフロントまで大変遠く、キャスターバックを引いていたが、部屋までの経路を長い階段を支持される。荷物を持っている客への配慮など微塵も無い、部屋は古く快適とは言えない。 値段の高い割には、不満が多いホテルである。

部屋が古すぎて壁紙もビリビリ破けていた。 便座もこの時期に冷たく、館内のトイレも 心配りがない。 ベッドのスプリングで平らじゃなく一睡も出来ませんでした。 館内にある温泉施設なのに別料金って…フロントからの説明もなし 2度と行きたくないですね
