Felt nice to escape the bustle of Tokyo when coming back to the room. The room is very large for Tokyo. Washer and dryer in the room. Also a fridge, microwave and sink. Bathroom was a little small but the shower was very nice. The staff was excellent! They were super friendly and held our luggage for us no problem. The pillows were a little bizarre but it was a minor issue. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and happy to answer any questions we had. During our trip, a typhoon passed through the area, and the hotel kindly provided umbrellas for guests. "Practical stay while waiting to board plane the next day. Express Narita train from Tokyo to terminal 2 and then free shuttle to hotel. Very convenient to the airport, well insulated windows from airport noise, breakfast has enough options, shuttle to airport is a full size bus every 30 minutes. ..."
