"A slightly quirky hotel, but top notch all the same. Breakfast is served in your room on a "hostess trolley", and arrived spot on the time I asked for it. Hotel is on fifth floor but has a lift, however just be aware some rooms are up another floor, via a narrow staircase. I was expecting a small pokey room, but instead it was a tardis with huge space, spotlessly clean (and serviced each day, no questions asked), clean comfy bed, excellent en suite shower/toilet room, good shutters on windows meant virtually no noise disturbance, giant TV & good WiFi connection. But most of all the lady owner/front of house was a gem, despite the language barrier always helpful, accomodating and let me leave my bags for a full day as I was leaving on an overnight train."
