"This it's the second time we have stayed at Graceland Phuket. The staff are FANTASTIC, the location is really close to everything. Right across the road from the beach, taxis at your back door, tuk tuks across the road. Cheap laying service and restaurants near by. Grat place to stay"

"I had a pool side room which is very big - modern and clean. The pool doesn’t have house so people are in the pool past midnight sometimes. The toilet in the room has no door - bear in mind if travelling with someone. The cleaning staff, maintenance and front desk are lovely and willing to help. I didn’t use any of the amenities or restaurants. Hotel is a good base to get to Patong & Kamala without the crowds. "

There was only one restaurant on the property with a limited selection of meals, and there was a substantial charge for room service. The staff were not all bilingual and it was hard to communicate. Overall, it was a nice stay. "
