Novotel's staff is hands down the best resort staff that I have ever encountered! Sak and his team of bell men: Am, Bao, and Choo were a pleasure to engage with each day. We booked two pool access rooms they were beautiful and so spacious for our family. The hotel has amazing views from every side and very friendly and welcoming staff . The location is a little far from the main spot of Phuket beach. You have to walk down the hill and walk about 15 mins to get to the main centre of the beach. If only they could provide shuttle service to get you to the centre of beach would be more convenient for families.
