"From the time I checked in till the checkout time was a wonderful experience, staff and very friendly, easily reachable and replays within seconds. The cleaning is 10/10 on a daily basis, they also schedule days within the week to clean the pool and gardening. Recommended for those who want a calm place with everything close by."

"Here’s the deal, I think things are either 1 star or 5 star. I don’t think the stay deserved a 1 star, but it’s a huge stretch for a 5 star. The place definitely is nice for the price and you can tell people who have stayed have been rough on it. The communication with the property manager was good, they are quick to respond. Here’s the issue, they don’t have water continuously running, it needs to get pumped in, so for our 2.5 day stay, we ran out of water 3 times and needed them to pump water...

"We stayed 5D/4N, out of which the water pump was not working on our first 2 days/nights. The staff reacted quickly and came over to the villa to temporarily fix it (so that we could have water running in the showers, toilets and sinks). This was very inconvenient and uncomfortable especially since we had elderly and children in our group. Upon check-in, the staff informed us that housekeeping would occur every 2 days. However, in reality housekeeping only occurred on Day 2 and never again....
