"We stayed here for 6 nights. Great location for our needs. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel and grounds were clean and well maintained. We did not try the pool. Breakfast was very basic and we had to ask several times for different items to be refilled. Our major issue was with housekeeping. Our room went untouched for 4 days. Our towels and bedding were never changed out and our garbage was never emptied. After our 4th night I asked the front desk for a changeover and I was told it would be taken care of. After spending the day away from the hotel we returned to our room door open. Bedding, towels, and garbage went untouched. We just received a new bar of soap on our sink. This left us with an extremely uneasy feeling the remainder of our stay. Thankfully everything was accounted for, but this was totally unacceptable. I alerted the front desk immediately, but to my disappointment, nothing was done."
