"Hotel right in the centre of Vienna , every attraction in walkable distance. St Stephen’s Cathedral just outside , Hofburg palace nearby opera house around the corner . . Fantastic staff could not do enough for you , I got a room upgrade to a corner suite that was amazing , very good breakfast ."

"Amazing Hotel! great location"

"The hotel is in a good location, walkable to Innere Stadt, transportation and many restaurants. We enjoyed the convenience. The hotel has a beautiful lobby with nice architectural features. There is also a bar which was great for a glass of wine before retiring for the night. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. However, this hotel has several downsides. The air conditioning did not work well so we had to open the window at night because it was hot and stuffy. The fresh air was helpful, but the hotel is on the corner of two busy streets, so it was noisy. Eventually, the traffic slowed down and the noise wasn't bad. Another downside is the room was so small. We could hardly get around the bed and had to literally walk sideways to get between the bed and a mirror that was attached to the wall with a rod that served as a closet. There was no place to put luggage, so we had to leave it on the floor, creating even less room to move around the bed. There was no chair to sit in. The "nice" part about the room the glass door that opened to a very small area. You couldn't really sit there because it was small but you could look out the windows that gave a slight view. The bathroom was nice, clean, and had a great shower."
