"The rooms were pretty, spacious, and clean! We opted for the breakfast which was comprehensive, and used the free shuttle service to the airport. I got a notification that our flight was delayed after we checked in, so we we slept in a bit. The folks from the front desk called the room to make sure we didn't miss the 8am shuttle. I appreciated that extra consideration. I would absolutely stay there again."

"Our stay was absolutely terrible. The room was in very poor condition, with many things broken. The wooden deck around the swimming pool was full of splinters, and some of the deck boards were sticking up, making it extremely dangerous, especially for children. When we arrived, we were first given a room with a broken air conditioner. After complaining, we were moved to another room that was infested with well over 100 mosquitoes. Everyone in our family was covered in mosquito bites. The staff...

"We had a great stay! The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to the cruise ship port. The communication between the hotel and I was outstanding. I received several messages about my stay and getting transportation from the airport to the hotel. I accidentally double-booked a room because I couldn’t find the original reservation. The hotel clerk that communicated with me was so sweet and kind. She refunded my money which I was not expecting. I highly recommend this hotel. ...

"The property has nice accommodations, and the views are spectacular; however, the customer service was horrific. We were booked for just one night, and we had to wait over an hour to check in at 3 PM. By the time we got to our room, it was already 5 PM. When I tried to order a drink at the beachside, I had to contact three different servers and wait over an hour to receive it. The pools closed at 7 PM, and the hotel restaurants closed at 10:30 PM, even though we were told they would be open...

"Location to Mikrolimano where there are many restaurants. Staff very nice food was good. The only negative was the noise from traffic at night. The balcony doors weren't sound proof enough."

"Took far too long to check in. They disabled our keys before checkout time and we had to go down to checkin desk to get keys rekeyed. Of the 5 rooms in our party this happened to all. Some of them resorted to going to cleaning staff to open rooms to get luggage out for Transport to airport. Good news is the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Service speed at front desk is a major concern and elevators are slow as well. Unfortunate."
