"This resort was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity. The only reason that I did not give it a perfect review was due to the really weird design of the window in the bedroom. It was a corner window that faced into the outdoor entrance to the condo. We always had to keep the blackout curtains tightly shut. Now, the patio on the other side facing the pool and the ocean made up for it. This is where we spent our time when we were in the condo. "We asked for and were told we had late checkout at 2:00. They couldn’t accommodate 4:00, but for a fee could do 2:00. I okayed the fee. We got back from our massage in our last day and were locked out. We wasted 30 minutes of our paid for extra time to go down to the front desk to get it straightened out. The when we were back in the room a housekeeper walked in on me- naked , just out of the shower. Not the best way to end our trip. "
