The room was clean, the staff are all courteous, it's in a very good location. However, regarding breakfast if you decide to have a late one, some of the dishes have already run out or not replaced on time.

There was nothing I didn’t like as the staff was so helpful and tried their best to explain directions and good restaurants. And being by the train station was a big plus. Delicious breakfasts.

Good stay

Good stay. Good location near Kagoshima Chuo and nearby shops and restaurants. Walkable to some of the tourist sites. Staff were really friendly. Parking was easy although I believe it sometimes fills up. Breakfast had a good variety and I liked the fruit provided. Good variety of amenities at lobby.

This hotel is fantastic! Price is so reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised to know it offers free breakfast for everyone! Breakfast is good and satisfying. Japanese style breakfast. Also the rooms are so clean. The decor looks slightly dated but it's fine cause cleanliness was immaculate.

On the older side, but room was a decent size for a Japanese hotel, though the view was onto an inside wall, so almost no natural light. I accidentally booked a smoking room and they weren't able to switch me to a non-smoking room, but thankfully there was no smoking smell in the room.
