The room was small but clean, all the staff were very helpful. The location was excellent and close to shops, restaurants and airport shuttle bus stop. Only downside was it has no laundry facilities. Also it would be great help if there were some hang rails for hanging things with.

Exciting area of Kagoshima. Plenty of shopping, eating places and bars if you like. Not perfectly quiet, but hotel is central, clean and modern, even though we’ve been staying for over 10 years.

This was a superb place to stay in southern Japan. Cappuccino bar next door, a brew pub serving IPA down the street, and no shortage of restaurants if you remembered to book in advance. Also this was a fun city to walk or use the streetcar. Lots of art exhibits throughout the city enhanced the experience.

Nice hotel and would definitely stay here again. Room was a bit bigger than the smaller sized Japanese hotel rooms l've experienced (especially the bathroom which had a full-sized walk-in shower). Bed was very, very comfortable. Shower had a 'normal' shower head and a rainfall shower too. Good in-room amenities. Nice staff.

We liked spotless clean and quiet room, very modern lightning, glass between room and bathtub.The staff was very polite and nice. There was elevator parking for the car. We slept well and we were able to catch the morning ferry.

This hotel is in the Tenmonken area of Kagoshima. It was a great area to use public transportation for our adventures. We bought a 2 day CUTE Pass from the Tourist Information Center in CenTerrace shopping area. We were able to use it on the Kagoshima City Bus, the Kagoshima City View Bus, the ferry to Sakurajima, the Island View Bus on Sakurajima, and the trams in Kagoshima. Great deal! The hotel was perfectly situated and very comfortable.
