All was great but the most important part and the reason we booked this hotel was the prior/onsen. When we checked in and stayed for 3 days the facility was closed and hopping they would compensate us by sending us to a local onsen on their expenses. They should have a back up plan if these unforeseen events occur. I gave them 3 stars over all.

1人で2泊滞在でしたが、ダブルベットとトイレ・バス別(バスは洗い場と深い浴槽付き)でとても寛げるお部屋でした。 広い大浴場やジムスペースもあり、ランドリーも４台あったので、すべて快適でした。 天文館のあたりはすべて徒歩で行けますし、バス停や市電乗り場も近く、どこへ行くにも困りませんでした。
