"Great location, especially if need to travel by train. Room is spacious and comfortable. We just had issues with keys, which didn't allow us to get in the room, requiring staff to let us in."
"Great stay at this hotel. Convenient location right next to the train station which is necessary for tourists wanting to be deeper in the city center. Room was clean and quiet, perfect amount of space and nice view. The open concept shower was interesting but glad the toilet was in a separate room with a door."

"For what we paid I wouldn't say value for money. Poor quality towels. Faulty telephone wire in my room poor black oit curtains . My friends room ( large room ) was ripped so useless air con didn't work in the 3 rooms we had . No vent in bathroom no heated mirrors to compensate random record player with 1 vinyl from way back on an unusual stand. 2 cups 1 kettle and flavoured tea. No coffee very sparse. The unit could be moved and space used more wisely. However stagf very friendly"
"Liked the excellent location near the Opera House and other major attractions. The large room with two beds is also a positive point. The staff helpful, and attentive.
The negative points are three : the bad illumination at the elevators and the hall in front of them. Its too dark.
One cannot forget that this is a classy hotel and not a suspicious night club. The breakfast at the week end was poor mainly with few choices of fresh fruits. Disgusting was when at the check out the porter called a taxi for the airport and the price was much above the normal fare. Despite asked the driver didn't use the meter. Porter scam with taxi drivers ???"
