"We had our own little cabin (Unit #8). Open floor plan for kitchen, dining, bed. Seating on a nice little deck. Shower looks tired, but hot water showed up quickly and I had a good shower. Our only issue was that there were ants in the kitchen. The owner/manager said he would take care of it when we went out for dinner, and when we came back, no more ant issue."

"Room we booked had sliding doors that didn’t lock properly so worth checking when you arrive - it’s a safe place so no big deal but, the staff could not have been nicer and moved us to another bigger room which had functioning locks. Nice spot really close to the beached and really friendly, helpful staff"

"Photos on website is not an accurate representation of the condition of the units. We arrived and decided not to stay there. We had to pay for the first night due to late cancellation, but relieved not to stay there. The rooms smell, the carpets are worn and the bed felt terrible. Not a place we will recommend to anyone, just not worth it!"

"What a great location in Paihia! At the very beginning of the strip, so you’re away from the busier hub up. Close enough for a quick seven minute walk to the pier and the center, passing great cafés and beautiful scenery along the way. Directly across the beach with beach bbq’s and picnic tables. Swimming in the ocean was fabulous and if you don’t like that, the pool is sparkling, clean and heated plus hot tub! Accompanied with daily fresh towels and service touchup for the room. Includes...
