Beautiful location right on the beach with all the amenities to prepare your own meals if you want to. The only drawback for us, was there is only one place to get food (across the street) without having to drive somewhere. Check in was easy and host was very friendly and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at Cable Bay. The location is stunning with beautiful beach views, perfect for relaxing and taking photos. The place was peaceful, tidy, and had everything we needed. A great spot for a family getaway – we would love to come back again.

A return stay that reinforced our love for this spot. Right on beach with ocean view to the islands and Karikari peninsula. An excellent return to the 1960s? decor. Excellent bathroom . Great stay, loved how close the property was to the beach. Parking was really easy being right next to it. The unit was comfortable and tidy. Could do with a few more pots, and the blinds cleaning in the main bedroom as there is mould on the inside. Overall great stay, would come back again

What a lovely place. Right on the most gorgeous beach. Unfortunately we were there in a storm but were cosy, cosy, cosy inside the beautifully appointed and decorated unit. Was such a gorgeous property - would have loved to have stayed longer. Very handy having kitchen facilities. So stylishly decorated.

Wonderful accommodation, Do not miss if you get it

Fantastic spot, as the name says, it is Golden Sand Beachfront accommodation, easy parking, no hassles, no one mucking around, you are there on the beach, have a glass of wine, enjoy the water, go on the beach. Very close to small super market, Bottle store, day to day leisure needs. Cleanliness is top notch, spacious, tidy, upmarket room. Host is very nice and helpful. Will love to stay there again.
