Good value and location

A nice apartment with comfy bed and kitchen. Perfect for a week long work trip. Room also had a washing machine. Close to city center and the lake.

Apartment was tidy and good for one person. You could advise also where to leave the keys, I left in the same box where I got them but anywhere was not a word about returning, I almost left them on the table in the apartment as its not obvious that they can be returned in the same box.

No hygge here!

The room is very spartansk with a very unpleasant lightning. Its more like a hospital room. No workdesk lightning available, so you either have to work in darkness or enlighted by the general lightning. Before coming, I got maybe 6 e-mails with different information, much of it unnecessary. In the end the keycode did not work and finally the code for the wifi in the information did not work either. By accident I found another on a kitchen cupboard and so I had internet.

Tulen uudestaankin

Asunto oli siisti, vaikka pieniä asumisen jälkiä löytyikin. Hankalin itselle oli uuden asunnon tuoksu, maali tai rakennuspöly, jota suurin osa ei varmaan edes huomaisi. Ovi piti muistaa nykäistä kunnolla kiinni, muuten jäi lukitsematta. Avainten nouto oli ohjeistettu hyvin mutta palautuksesta ei puhuttu mitään. Roskat piti myös viedä ulos mutta roskakatoksessa ei ollut roska-astioita.

Sijainti oli oikein hyvä ja avain oli helposti noudettavissa. Suhteellisen edullinen parkkihalli löytyi myös vierestä. Uloskirjautumisen ja huoneistonluovutukseen olisimme toivoneet selkeät ohjeet. Nyt epäröimme mitä ’siivouksia’ meidän tuli huolehtia ja mitä tehdään avaimille. Huoneistossa olisi voinut olla jokin ohje lappu tähän.

Asunto oli erittäin siisti ja kivasti sisustettu. Sijainti oli myös melko hyvä. Bussipysäkki ja lähikauppa lähellä eikä keskustaankaan ollut kovin pitkä matka kulkea. Asunnosta löytyi kaikki tarvittava omien matkatavaroiden lisäksi. Ainoana kehittämisen kohteena olisin toivonut enemmän opasteita paikan päällä siitä missä asunto tarkalleen sijaitsi sekä avainten hakupaikka.

Paikka oli lähellä koulua mikä oli hyvä. Autopaikkaa ei ollut mikä ei ollut hyvä. Jäin myös kaipaamaan ohjeistusta tarvitseeko siivota kuinka tarkkaan ja mitä petivaatteille tehdään jne.. nämä olisi mielestäni hyvä olla paikan päällä lapulla
