"The accessible room i stayed in was clean and in great condition. Good quality bed linen and a choice of firm or soft pillows. Blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep.
The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly.
Breakfast choices were good. The scrambled eggs were light and fluffy best ive had in a hotel. The food was lovely and fresh as well as hot.
Gluten free and oat milk were provided too. Choice of fruit juices and cereals too. Very clean.
Would definitely stay again and...
"We stayed at The Churchill and really enjoyed our time here. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-presented, making it easy for our family to relax after a day exploring the Cotswolds.
The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. It’s in a good location for visiting nearby attractions, and parking was easy and convenient. We also appreciated that it was quiet at night, so everyone got a good rest.

"Although I only stayed one night this was enough to understand that the owners really care for their property and this translates to the service given. They were polite and courteous and even remembered our names which is a nice touch.

"I was In the old part and it needs updating badly. Excited when I saw a spa bath in my room but bath was worn around the plug area and not appealing so wasted. Toilet was stained with brown as old. Taps on sink worn and spun round a lot before water came out. "

"The hotel and its facilities are excellent and the staff were helpful and considerate throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable to stay in although it was a little warmer and stuffy at night. The air conditioning is a little noisy to leave when sleeping. Providing towelling robes was a nice touch but unfortunately both were a medium fit so although my partners fitted I being larger it was not suitable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

"This was a really lovely place to stay. We received the warmest of welcomes and excellent service from all the staff throughout. The room was well presented, clean and spacious and despite being near a busy road was very quiet. The food served in the pub was simple, fairly priced and delicious. The location was brilliant with Coate Water tucked behind so we enjoyed a couple of beautiful walks by the lake. I would definitely recommend The Sun Inn and look forward to returning."
"Property under work conditions. Builder's works. Out side & in parking area. Not that it stopped peaople from doing things. But things still being sorted. Under staft at times especial sunday morning everyone leaving to go home one barr staff to deal with reception. Barr. Food peoples wants & needs. Breakfast ect . Needed two or three staff in my opinion. Aside from thay excellent. Thank you. I will be back."
"Very friendly host, dinner in their restaurant excellent. Can tell food is made from scratch. Lovely flavours, both the slow cooked beef brisket and the chicken curry.
Room was immaculately clean, nice thick towels and soft bedlinen.
I have managed branded and non-branded hotels so can tell when a room is clean. "
