"I’m very impressed and satisfied with my stay . The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the train station. The decorations and design is so vintage and I remembered some of the old pots and pans and iron displayed all over the lobby . The front desk staff were helpful and always smiling . The room was so cozy and clean . I had the beautiful view of the mountain and water . The breakfast buffet was awesome and delicious ! The servers were all accommodating , friendly , smiling , courteous....

"We were in the loft Suite 580. It was perfect for a family with three teenagers. The deck view and accommodations were outstanding. Unfortunately, during our stay, it rained quite a bit, but overall, the suite was perfect for our family trip. We strongly recommend HOP!"

"Room was cozy and had great views. Quiet town away from tourists. Breakfast buffet included. Nice restaurant for lunch and dinner. The only downside was the lack of friendliness among staff, especially the evening waitress who was snippy from the start. The evening receptionist was also a little cold and the morning staff did not acknowledge us at all both mornings. "
