"The property was very nice and staff was really helpful. I had an incident with a portable carbon monoxide that went off in the middle of the night. The security guard and front desk agent came right away and figured it out I had faulty batteries on my device. They reassured me CO levels were not present and explained how is monitored. Marangeli, Stephanie and others at Trova restaurant were very polite and pleasant. Now. I have to say the bathrooms on room 17 and 19 needs upgrading. Tubs are...

"Absolutely outstanding experience. Kudos to the entire staff, including our incredibly kind concierge, Frederick. He was attentive, welcoming, and warm, truly going out of his way to ensure our family was comfortable and happy here. We all adored him. It was wonderful to have the kids so occupied by the water park the beach and the beautiful pool, flanked on top by ping-pong tables and a life-size chessboard. About two days in and I was already scheming about how to save up for our next trip...

"The hotel was cute and clean. The private parking was extremely convenient. The only thing I did not like was the key. The key gave us access to the room but did not give access to the building. We had to ring the bell and wait to be buzzed in every time we came in and out. That was pretty awkward at night, I kept feeling like I was preparing myself for the walk of shame.
