"This hotel is beautiful. The rooms were spacious and immaculate. The bathroom was outstanding and large. The towels and robes were very plush. The room included daily cleaning and an evening turned down service. The pools and the beach were fantastic with great service. The pools were heated for January. All staff members were very cordial and accommodating. Things were definitely expensive, but Dubai is an expensive place. "

"Fantastic hotel! Great staff, friendly, accommodating and so helpful. Great breakfast and dinner options. Pool area was great, house keepers around the pool are very helpful. Couldn’t fault the hotel. Room was clean and spacious - we asked for extra water, hangers and few other things. Everything we asked for was delivered within 10 minutes or less. Definitely going to stay again on our next trip. Fantastic for families aswell - we had our 14 month old with us"
