A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! My wife and I stayed at this hotel for five days and had a truly pleasant experience. The room was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and offered excellent comfort. The shower was refreshing, and the bedding was top-notch—soft, cozy, and perfect for a good night’s sleep. The staff were consistently helpful and kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location is another highlight—very accessible, with shops, restaurants, and attractions all within easy reach. It made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable. The only area that could use improvement is the breakfast. While it was decent, we felt it lacked variety and could benefit from better taste and more options. Overall, our experience was excellent, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

Staff were extremly kind and friendly. Both at reception and in the restaurant Sofias. The only thing to be wearly is the tour for Soulna beach, whilst its a lovely place to stay for the day it felt like selling a timeshare.

The property is on the waterfront side of the canal with limited transport access. The staff was great ordering taxis for me but it was hard to go anywhere without a long taxi ride in heavy traffic. The area around the hotel on one side has heavy traffic and noise, on the other side is construction that starts early in the morning and is noisy. The facilities are pleasant and the staff if very helpful and cheerful I thought I was getting half board, it turned out I could choose to have lunch or dinner in other hotels owned by the same company and I tried several other places, however the food was pretty much the same. I would think twice about staying at the hotel again because of its inconvenient location and then limited facilities, there was a nice little pool but no hot tub, I used the gym once but the bar bells were too big for me and the bicycle didn't fit me. The staff and the cleanliness of the hotel were the two best aspects.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sky Bay Hotel, and we had a wonderful time! The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. The hotel is new, so all the rooms are of the highest spec and everything was immaculate. The staff were very attentive, highly recommend their staff (all the staff from concierge, to reception to pool lifeguards etc). Im a bit of a winter sun lover, so was delighted to see the pool and the lounge chairs were amazing, massive beach towels, the only 'but' was that the sun dissapeared by11am behind the building - probably a bonus for the very hot summer months.

This hotel advertises beach club free shuttle actually does not exist. They won’t take you. I stayed five nights they made excuses that we do not take shuttle bus because it’s far and you have to walk 25 minutes to sister hotel maybe they will take you in there shuttle. There is sun heads the pool for 50 mins in morning. ( 8:50- 9:40 am). It’s a new hotel!!!
