"check-in was terrible. paid for a suite but was assigned a small standard room. once raised we raised the issue with the front desk the moved us to "suite" but the condition of that room was very bad. one TV was not operational, safe was dead, coffee pot did not work, curtains were torn, and the security peep hole fell out the door. none of these issues were resolved during our stay with no compensation."
