"We were there for 10 days,the staff was amazing and so helpful but pools should be so nice and super clean,because ppl couldn't swim in the ocean but unfortunately pools are filthy,we never seen pools like this before."

"We will be back! The vibe is relaxing and quiet. The food is outstanding! The best I’ve had at any all inclusive. The infinity edge pools were as amazing as the photos. Well maintained. The view can’t be beat. I saw comments about it needing to be updated and I don’t understand that. It’s not a Marriot / Hilton, it’s not going to have quartz and silver appliances. It has character and wood accents and traditional, high-class decor. The ability to pre-order breakfast is so nice. The little dish “cupboard” to put dirty dishes into is such a great little touch. The resturants were awesome. It suggested to make reservations , which we did, but they were always able to accommodate us earlier / later depending on the day. The hotel isn’t close to anything so plan for taxi/uber. We don’t make plans to leave so being “walkable” is not a criteria for us. The sound of the waves is memorizing. The staff is always so kind. The pool-side service was always “on it”. Please tip all the staff! It is not included in your stay’s fees and you can tell everyone is going above and beyond to ensure you have a great time in all aspects."

"We had an amazing stay! The resort is beautiful, the grounds are immaculate, and every member of the staff made us feel so welcome. The service throughout our entire vacation was exceptional, and it’s clear that everyone takes great pride in creating a memorable experience for their guests. A very special thank you to Manuel at the Sky Pool. He went above and beyond every day to make sure we were taken care of. He was always friendly, attentive, hardworking, and greeted us with a genuine smile. His outstanding service, positive attitude, and kindness made our days by the pool even more enjoyable. Manuel is truly an asset to the resort, and we hope he receives the recognition he deserves! Thank you to everyone for making our vacation so relaxing and unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!"

"I took a solo trip to this resort in June 2026, the staff was kind and helpful. I arrived after 1:00pm, I was allowed to check in, but the room wasn’t ready so I went to the buffet to eat before receiving an email around 2:15pm that my room was ready. The tropical view is just the view to the courtyard in the middle of the resort. Unlike other resorts the restaurants are first come first served, which I did appreciate, but the first night I went to the steakhouse and even though there were multiple tables open I had to wait 30 minutes to be seated, the food came out quickly which made me question why we had to wait. There are a lot of chairs at the pool, no one was at the beach I believe because of how monstrous the waves are in Cabo. There are two swim up pool bars and a standing bar, there were also waiters going around to take drink orders. The Pepe’s restaurant by the pool had great tacos. The entertainment team at the pool was also great. All in all I would return!"

"The property was beautiful and just the right size. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We loved the pool and beach access. Lines at the bar and the starbucks could have considerable wait times. Seating for a family of 5 often put us in the less desirable locations. The location of the property was perfect. We walked on the street into town and then realized the same restaurant was an even quicker walk down the beach. Overall a wonderful vacation spot. We would definitely come again and stay at the same place."
