"Everything about this hotel was excellent from the check in process, cleanlieness, awesome food, drinks, beach, location and pool. I wish we had booked more time there to enjoy everything they had to offer. We will definitely return and plan a longer visit. The best part as always when we come to Mexico is the friendliness of the people. They are happy, kind, and always so helpful when we need directions or help with anything no matter how small it is. We keep coming back because of them."

"The resort was in a great location. You can walk to the marina which takes about 20 minutes. The food was mid at best. One of the Asian restaurants was good, but it’s your typical all inclusive resort food. We liked getting access to the other two resorts near. Be prepared the Santa Fe next door is a crazy party resort and the music is super loud from your room mid day during the parties. If you are wanting a quiet resort this one isn’t for you. Service was great though. Staff was quick. We won’t book another riu because parties just aren’t our thing, we did like that they had non alcoholic options and a good selection of drinks to make that were NA! Overall decent and not wowed."
