"The room was clean, the staff was very friendly. You cannot beat the view and the beauty of this hotel. There’s even an on-site cat, who is very friendly; her name is Selva. The coffee is delicious, but I would definitely make breakfast plans around the block."

"Very clean, neat location with nice view. Cheapest toilet paper possible- had to go purchase some. Kitchen is nice but outlet near coffee pot didn't work. Checking in was a very easy process. Stairs to upper apartments can be hard to locate after dark. Overall, great stay!"

"The staff was great. Whenever you needed anything they were on it. The room is small so for those that enjoy tiny living...this is great. We may go for the suite next time. The grounds we kept nice and clean at all times. The staff cleans the chairs and hammocks daily for the guest to sit and enjoy. The neighbors have chickens and dogs. "We wish we had stayed here for our entire trip. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Refrigerator in room was a bonus. Shower and bathroom were also nice and clean. Staff were helpful and courteous. If we come back to Puerto Rico we would definitely consider staying here and enjoying more of the property. "

"The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We were left stranded with no where to go when our flight was cancelled due to the winter blizzard in NYC. This hotel was perfect for a clean, spacious “family style” room that slept two adults and 4 teenagers comfortably. Cute pool, comfortable beds, hot water, fridge, dressers, table and the most adorable kitty that our kids loved to feed and snuggle with. "

If you’re planning a beach trip, they have things to lend out - cooler, beach towels, etc. - if they have it, you can use it. Wish we had more days as Ruben’s breakfasts are top notch.
