Property was spacious and the location was safe. Parking was easy and the beach was 5-7 minutes away. Luquillo was also about 20 minutes away by car.

Have stayed at this location multiple times. Very clean and comfortable with good wifi and short walk to seven seas beach. Short drive to location for night kayaking and other boating excursions that leave from Fajardo.

Owners were very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and were able to walk to the beach from the room, Balneario 7 seas and playa Escondida was a little hike but so worth it!

Nice place conveniently located

The place was difficult to find based on initial address and directions, but the last set of directions sent was perfect. It is a nice quaint place in a group of similar units. Very conveniently located to Cabezas.

Great location in Las Croabas! Minutes from Seven Seas Beach and Playa Escondida, Kayak Village, Yunque Rain Forest, Kalizo Restaurant (best in area) etc. Cute, clean, simple, very comfortable mini hotel, Parking right out front. Only issue the address does not come up on Apple Maps. We called and hostess who met us and drove us to hotel. Puerto Rico is truly an Island of Enchantment. ❤ Isla de Encanto 🌊

Very quiet neighborhood. The beach is a short distance, and lots of places to eat. Lots of space and having a kitchenette was wonderful. We never figured out how to use the oven as its gas and extra small. There is a coffee pot and also toiletries in the bathroom. We were grateful for the separate towels for the beach. The airport to fly to Culebra and Vieques is 20 minutes away, which we found ideal as we island hopped. If you are looking for a quiet, slow paced, island relaxation spot, this is a great place to escape to.

This was such a cute and comfortable little place, perfect for 2 people.. not intended for long term ..I stayed 5 days, clean, quiet and comfortable. AC in the bedroom only, but if you are there with an agenda you should only be coming back to sleep anyhow. I like to cook when in PR, no stove top. Just a skillet and an air fryer, refrigerator and coffee maker.. I made due with what I had. The owners were very nice and attentive.. you will need a RENTAL CAR to move around the area. UBER very expensive and long distance, close eatery and grocery stores with the ability to drive. Beautiful beach park 7 Seas nearby, had picnic tables, showers, restrooms, police .. Safe place, and great view, family oriented. Bars are close by for those who like to party. Respect the environment and this cute apartment, you will want to come back.. i did not want to leave! Thank you to the owners for this experience ! See you soon !

Great little beach hideaway

We had a very nice stay here. It is a small 1 bedroom apartment. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. It was decorated in blues and grays with a nautical theme. There were dishes and cups, along with a full size fridge, coffeemaker (there was coffee grounds, but no sugar or cream) and microwave. One surprise was that the futon was in the bedroom, which was the only room with AC. The AC was good enough to cool the if the apartment if toy were careful to keep the doors and windows closed. The front windows did not have glass, so you needed to keep the storm slats closed to block sound and keep AC inside. The host provided camp chairs and beach towels for 2, along with a small cooler to take to the beach. It was a short walk to the beach where you could easily find shade under the trees close to shore. Water shoes are a must as there are underwater rocks. The water is clear and I managed to swim without watershoes, but it was stressful. Many people were snorkeling from the shore. The room is very convenient for the kayak trips to bioluminescent lagoon, with a 5 minute drive to kayak village. The room was hard to find with google maps. Look for Playa Icacos Rooms on Google maps and it is the same place.
