"Breakfast is good, always fresh, good quality coffee. Easy to park, 6 min to drive to the falls or 40 min walk on a good weather near the river - another free adventure. Lovely gym. Laundry. Kitchenette. Good bed. I haven’t heard any of my neighbors - and this is important. Staff doing everything they can. Manager Chelsea is amazing. Her smile already will make your day. This place truly deserve to return there. "

"Was surprised when we found out there is now a $10/night parking fee. Also we booked a king room and received 2 queen bed room. Staff is good. Did not participate in breakfast. We have always stayed at this hotel several times in the past but this time we we're a little surprised at the changes."

"Check in was easy. I wish I had known there was no AC before booking the room but the front desk did swap me for a room with a balcony so I could open the door and get some cool air. This hotel is an excellent location, next door to the Bird Kingdom and a short walk to the falls. Staff was excellent. I did not have breakfast to comment. Pool and hot tub seemed nice but was a bit crowded so I skipped it this time."

"The property was good but i booked a room facing the falls, but when we got there they said all the rooms facing the falls were full, and me and my wife we ended up getting a room we didn't want which defeated the whole purpose of booking the hotel."

"The staff is great and great location to falls and Clifton Hill. The room was clean but dated and the walls paper thin as could here people on their rooms talking no problem. Building definitely needs to be brought up to 2026 standards and not 1980. The breakfast is more of a snackfest. No eggs and bacon...only hot breakfast item is eggos. All in all inexpensive so you get what u pay for."

"The only thing this hotel has going for it. Is the staff was friendly. We were there 5 nights. The floor in the room was dirty upon arrival. Had to wear our shoes in there the entire time. The cleaning staff would only make one bed, only once though. This is after I requested our room to be cleaned twice. Never cleaned the bathroom or coffee station. I had to go get coffee from the office. Left a stack of towels under the TV. I do not recommend this hotel."
