The hotel staff was great! Very friendly and accommodating. The bar staff at the casino was not great. Granted a new bartender was just coming on shift, but no one else would serve any of the guests. 4 bartenders behind the bar and 10+ guests waiting on service.....it just didn't make any since. Overall I would stay there again, just probably would not go back to the casino bar. The lounge looked nice but nobody was working that area.

Nice setup, courteous staff, wasn’t expecting to have to pay $100 deposit on top of the money I paid Expedia, also an additional fee of $17 that Expedia did not cover even though they summed up all the charges before our stay. Seems to be a consistent issue with Expedia.

The restaurants that were open during the day were more fast food style than what the website implied. I couldn’t tell that a renowned chef put it together. I went into town and got the best Mexican food that I ever had. They tried to charge me $15 for an early check in so I waited 15 minutes. It’s never fun to get nickel and dimed.
