"The staff was very friendly and the room was clean, breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Hotel.com mentioned that early check in is allowed if the room is ready. I was 2 hours early and was told that the room was ready but early check in will cost extra $50."

"The hotel is not in as good of condition as the photos show. It’s a bit worn and not well maintained. Stains in the showers, water didn’t get hot and handle was nearly broken, pressure was not great, a sticker on a towel, sticky spots on the laminate floors, loud noises from the upstairs room. We asked for an iron because there wasn’t one on the room and it left black residue on my shirt. They brought us a new iron that got the job done. This was not one of our better hotel stays. We booked a room with a king bed but was told they were overbooked and didn’t have one for us so we settled for a two queen room with free parking thrown in. But it was more affordable than being in downtown Santa Fe."

"Rooms are decent, amenities are okay, and staff was nice, breakfast was this hotel’s downfall as we’re pretty positive that the batter that was out to make waffles with was spoiled and tasted sour, rubbery eggs, and stale bagels so wouldn’t recommend eating the complimentary breakfast."
