Inn at Santa Fe, SureStay Collection by Best Western
10/10 Excellent
"Amazing staff, wonderful breakfast buffet, great outdoor pool & hot tub, convenient to all attractions and shopping. Overall hotel is older but they have fixed it up to be a really cute vibe with a home feel. The rooms from what staff explained are still being updated and you’ll see the older carpets and bathroom… bathrooms are still very clean but the carpets are rough. They are supposedly the next thing to be updated. This is an excellent family and pet friendly place"
"We have stayed here several times now, and it is always a pleasant stay. The rooms are nice, clean and well maintained. The food at the bar was delicious and for the price was a good portion size. We will stay again soon...."
"I have stayed in the Hotel Inn numerous times. And yes, it is one of the cheaper hotels in Santa Fe, so don't expect a high quality stay. But the basics are great.
The Hotel Inn is an older building that is slowly getting updated. The beds are comfortable, bedsheets and towels have always been unblemished. The rooms are clean and have basic appliances; refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, TV, air-conditioner.
The staff is friendly and helpful."
"The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The spa is huge and well-appointed. Only complaint is regarding food. We arrived very hungry. The only option for food was the cafe until the restaurant opened for dinner at 5pm. I ordered an item and was told "we're out." I chose another item, and again was told "sorry, don't have any." Instead of leading with that information when I went to the counter to order, I had to play a stupid game of "what do you have?" Wound up with over-priced chips and salsa.
Next morning's breakfast was awful. Cold eggs and hashbrowns. Requested hot food and was given the same plate slightly warmed. The plate was hotter than the food.
Given the price for a stay and the fact that guests are a captive audience, the food should be absolutely on point."
