โรงแรมใกล้สวนจอห์นสัน,

"For a Hyatt hotel, I was incredibly disappointed at the service. At check in, they stated they didn’t have the room I booked, they gave me the same room number as another guest checking in, and I didn’t get room service even though I stayed for 2 nights. After requesting a manager during checkin, they miraculously found the room I booked, after 20 min arguing for a refund."

"The hotel is great. I have 2 requests, since we will be back in the future. 1. The morning coffee is SCALDING hot. Please fix this. 2. You need to have green tea available; senior citizens need it as it helps with inflammation."

"clean and close to destination"

"It was CLEAN!!"

"We have stayed at this hotel several times because it always clean, the staff is always friendly and welcoming and we feel very safe."

"Great stay."

"Great place great stay enjoyed our stay"

"It was very clean"

"Booked a non smoking room was giving a room that smelled of marijuana. We had to leave after the first day due to the road noise and smell. The property is definitely outdated. We could not get a refund for the second day. The location is probably the best thing."

"Nice to have breakfast included."
