"The staff are incredibly kind, and helpful. Cole, the bartender at Brumley's in the hotel was friendly, and engaging. The hotel itself is beautiful, and it's walking distance to so many Greeneville gems. Beds were comfortable, the room a/c was fantastic!"

"The owner/manager was amazing. Super friendly and welcoming. He took the time to chat and get to know me, even commenting on how he used to love about 5 miles up the road from me, even though we were 6 hours south of our hometown! The room was almost completely renovated. Brand new lighting over the vanity, new floor (that was also super clean), new TV, new mini fridge (vintage styled), and the cutest little bistro table. Plenty of space and a huge bed. I was on the back side of the property with a nice view of the hillside. The view looking out the front would have been amazing because the hotel faces a valley. Would definitely stay again as it's on the quiet side of town away from the traffic of race weekend!"

"Staff was excellent room was clean. It felt safe be aware that if you use the safe in your room that they will charge you and if you don’t use it, they will still try to charge you and you need to tell them. I’ve never had that happen before they did refund my money and we’re very kind about it."

"Room was clean. Check in was easy and friendly. They reuse the room keys, so I checked out in person. That was also quick and easy. The pool is closed, looks like it hasn't been open at all this year. It's drained, and has dirty water standing in it. The sink has a bottle filling spout, that was really cool. TV was tricky to operate. Lots of plugs. The mini fridge kept our things cold, and the microwave worked great. Water pressure was good in the shower. Bathroom door didn't close. Air conditioner was good and cold."
