"My husband and I really enjoyed staying at your hotel. Being very unfamiliar with the Oakland airport area we did not venture out. We enjoyed relaxing with a couple cocktails. We stayed in and had dinner and breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. Parking was close and safe. The room temperature was very comfortable"

"Indeed, the condition of the accommodation was unsanitary. The linens and blankets were tattered, with visible stains. The overall state of the place was extremely poor. Despite our complaints to the management, all they offered was a replacement set of linens and blankets, which were also unclean. We opted not to spend the entire night there and sought a refund. Regrettably, there is no mechanism in place for me to share photographic evidence of the numerous issues, including widespread mildew...
