"The hotel is located in a walkable distance from Fuji JR station (8-10mins). The room is spacious which has two double beds and a small dining table. Washroom is bright and spacious too. It is very clean. The staff there are nice and very helpful. We are so satisfied with the stay as it is exceed our expectation with an economic price. "
"No information on website that all rooms are not wheelchair accessible and have STAIRS! We have big luggages so need to solve problems of getting on stairs.
No staff at the place and no CCTV in risk zones, that i wonder it is quite dangerous in case other guests does not lock the house, or have intention to do crime to other guests who share the same house.
Good points are free self-service laundry and dryer, the classic ancient style of Japanese house sharing 4-5 rooms of stay.

"The staff were very kind at this location. I did not mind removing our shoes before entering the guest floors since it kept things extermely sanitary. Breakfast was never overcrowed. City Hall is across the street and if it isn't cloudy, you'll get a great view of the mountain. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

Gentilissimi perché dopo una notte terribile in bus notturno (scelto perché consigliato come comodissimo, dove si dorme alla grande ma in realtà è stato ben diverso) eravamo a pezzi e -mossi da compassione- ci hanno dato la stanza alle 11. "This hotel was amazing. The staff and housekeeping were nice and exceptional. The public bath was very nice and there is a separate one for women that they keep a key for at the front. The room met my needs as the area was nice, quiet and calm. As an added bonus, you get views of Mt. Fuji almost everywhere you walk."
