Wir haben 5 Nächte in einem Comfort Zimmer (Economy) gebucht. Das Hotel ist gut zu erreichen, es gibt Parkplätze am Hotel oder auf einem bewachten Parkplatz 5 Fußminuten vom Hotel. Bei einer so dicht besiedelten Stadt wie Jesolo echt sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht auch deutsch. Es gibt sich Mühe für den Gast! Die Lage ist auch sehr zentral in Jesolo. Direkt am Strand mit reservierten Liegen und Sonnenschirm. Der Pool ist ein toller Rückzugsort fernab der Massen am Strand. Wir haben immer Liegen bekommen und genug Schatten. Zudem muss man die Wasserqualität hervorheben, denn das Wasser hat nie störend nach Chlor gerochen. Es wurde sehr dosiert und gesund damit umgegangen. Der Strand ist schon recht voll, aber das muss man wissen, wenn man nach Jesolo fährt. Dennoch sehr sauber, toller Sand und auch fast überall mit Duschen und Toiletten ausgestattet. Kritik für uns ist dabei die Beach-Bar. Die Musik ist sehr laut und dröhnt den ganzen Tag. Daher haben wir bis nachmittags den Tag am Hotelpool verbracht. Ein großes Manko und daher auch die 3 Sterne, war leider unser Zimmer. Ja, wir haben ein Economy Zimmer gebucht und auch dementsprechend die Bilder vom Zimmer gesehen. Dennoch sind im Bad vor allem in den Nassbereichen Schimmel bzw. Sporen. Da setzte leider der Ekel ein. Auch, dass unser Waschbecken 4 Tage nicht geputzt wurde, ist ein Novum. Das darf in keiner Zimmerkategorie eines 4-Sterne Hotels sein! Wir hatten aber insgesamt eine schöne Zeit

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, wurde höflich und kommpetent am Empfang begrüsst. Das Frühstücksbuffet sowie das Personal ist ist grossartig, an dieser Stelle ein grosses Lob. Was ich leideider ewas bemängeln müss ist, dass ich mehrere Tage die gleiche Tagesdecke hatte, obwol es Sandig und einen Fleck hatte, wurde jeweils „nur“ aufgebettet. Ansonnsten sehr sauberes Zimmer.

Im großen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden. Das Frühstück ist verbesserungswürdig. Das Rührei war so flüssig, dass man es nicht essen konnte. Auf einen Kaffee musste man recht lange warten. Käseauswahl war sehr wenig. Die Liegen am Strand sind Top, so lange man nicht die hat, die direkt am der Bar sind.

Das einzige Negative ist, dass die Rezeption unsere Pässe während das ganze Aufenthalt behalten möchte. Dies haben wir nicht akzeptiert und dann gab es fragen von der Rezeption warum wir dies nicht akzeptieren möchten. Wir konnten uns auf eine Kopie der Pässe einigen. Positiv: sehr nah am Strand. Elektroladestation vorhanden. Personal ist sonst sehr nett.
