"There was construction noise outside of the hotel opposite our room that was very bothersome. I contacted the front desk and they removed us to another room on the other side of the hotel. They were very, very helpful and considerate."

"Great accommodating staff. Room type booked wasn't available, so they gave us a free upgraded room from 1 queen, to 1 king! Because they use a machine to clean that works in circular motion, edges and corners are not getting the attention it needs, so only 4 stars for cleanness."
