"The room was okay but did not feel like a premium room. It felt a bit tired with a few trip hazzards i.e. lamp cable plus chipped tile in bathroom needs attention. No separate shower or non slip mat. It was difficult getting in and out of the bath. Room was not made up during our stay. However Chloe was very helpful."

"The first room we stayed in was on level 5 it had no air conditioning and was extremely hot. We were told that the hotel was full so we couldn’t move to another room. The window was very small and only opened a few inches. We asked again 2 days later and were given another fan. However, it just blew the hot air around very noisily. After not being unable to sleep on the fourth day we asked again about another room and we moved to a room on the first floor with really quite and effective air...

"Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, Bushaltestellen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und das Meer direkt vor der Tür. Das Einzelzimmer war etwas klein und die Auswahl beim Frühstück war recht überschaubar und wenig abwechslungsreich. Wir haben einmal im Hotel zu Abend gegessen, was sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Für einen Jersey Besuch kann ich das Hotel empfehlen. Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal."

"The staff were very friendly and polite and the chef is good. The hotel is in a good location for walking and driving around Jersey. It's on a fairly busy road but heavy blinds and curtains kept our room quiet. We didn't use the outdoor pool but it must be nice in hot weather. The bedrooms could benefit from updating. "We loved our stay. Fantastic room. Interior design of the hotel is beautiful. The hotel staff were super helpful and we enjoyed our dinner and breakfast. Ideally located. Overall a very relaxing atmosphere and we hope to be back."

"Very positive experience. Arrived in the morning due to early flight time and they checked us in and said they would look after our overnight bags until our room was ready. Then within 20 minutes they actually had allocated us a room at 9.00 am in the morning. The cafe in the hotel is very good and offered good options for breakfast, general eating and drinking. Staff friendly and helpful."
