"Stayed 4 nights with my teenage son, it was our first trip to NYC. We loved the location, it’s in the middle of all the “Vegas style” action of Times Square. Next trip I think we will choose a more quaint neighborhood since we can say we have been there, done that. We rode the subway a lot and loved that the 42nd street & Penn stations are a really close walk. It was also super convenient coming from Newark airport. The hotel gym is great, we used it everyday. "I was extremely disappointed with the condition of my hotel room. The room was visibly falling apart and did not meet the standard I expected for the amount I paid. There were several issues throughout my stay, including: The curtains had visible black dirt and stains. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The shower was in poor condition, with paint from the shower ceiling falling into the bathtub. I was unable to control the air conditioning at all. The vent above the air conditioning unit...

"Staff very lazy and inattentive, especially at night. I stayed in the biggest penthouse in the building very nice , only thing I can say is elevator needs to be updated sometimes takes very long to come to the penthouse."

"The pool was so cold we couldnt swim and the other visitors were teenagers at the pool kept diving in, throwing a football splashing water. Just was acting too wild and my granddaughter was sitting on the pool steps becasue she didn't care how cold it was she just wanted to swim.. that was the main purpose for booking the room."
