I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately the experience did not match what was advertised. The hotel promotes free WiFi, but I had no internet access during my stay, and on the second night even the TV was not working. I reported the issue to the front desk, but instead of resolving it, I was given an 1-800 technical support number and told to call myself. Honestly, that’s not something guests should have to deal with while on vacation. The only positive aspect is the location it’s very convenient, with plenty of food options nearby and close to American Dream Mall. Overall, while the location is great, the hotel itself needs improvement, especially when it comes to basic amenities and customer service.

Hotel was in a great area with lots of places to eat and I loved the movie theater was near by . A lot of options for breakfast. Beds are comfortable bathroom was clean. My only issue was how walking down the hall smelled musty and like cigarettes one air fresheners could help. Also walking down the hall the walls and doors looked very dirty . Staff was friendly tho. I will return in the future

It was very good!! I loved the place , the staff was very nice, the room was so pretty and clean!! The pool was supposed to close at 10 but the girl at the front desk told us that she was gonna be there until 11 so we can use it until 11!! Everything nice!! The breakfast was also good :) The only thing i can say is that the water of the pool was a little bit white, like not clear at all but i get it, it was like 9pm, it went through the whole day basically. But everything was so good i loved it! I will definitely be back!!!

Awesome and supportive staff at front desk. All cuisines restaurants are near by walking distance. Public transportation to NYC is at walking distance. I would definitely recommend and visit this hotel again. Our family really love the rooms and hotel.
