Well appointed newly fitted out hotel. The rooms are big and the beds comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Staff welcoming and helpful with good English. They graciously helped us with a booking oversight in a friendly and professional way. There plenty of good food and drink options within a short walk. We would be very happy to stay here again.

I likes that it was very close to the Villamarta and across the street from a tablao that has shows late at night. It was convenient to walk back when shows ended at 1am .

The lobby seems OK and ,aybe a 3-4 star level. The personal working there are nice and polite. But, when you enter the room (202 i think) you immediately start to wonder where the 4-star hotel is. The WC is pretty old but still basic functioning. You have to shower in the bath tub. Not very nice. Worst thing was the AC that did not work. Well the fan worked and the air was circulating but the cooling was completely out of order. This was disappointing.

El precio estaba muy alto, pues el hotel necesita una renovación urgente. La puerta del baño no cerraba, la rueda de la pata de la cama se salió y casi nos caemos. No tenía servicio de restaurante, solo desayuno. Conseguir una plancha era un gran logro. Lo único bueno fue la ubicación
