Casa Morales muy bueno

The hotel was very clean and the rooms had plenty of space. It was within walking distance of nice restaurants and the Walled City. It was in an excellent location.

This is a historic Colonial property in a historic, artsy neighborhood. Walkable right out the door to shops and cafes etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you want a gleaming tower separate from the real city, this is not for you. If you want authenticity (and comfort too!) then come here. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

We had a very nice stay at Casa Morales. The hotel is in an extremely convenient location and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Ours was a two-bedroom unit with living room and fully equipped kitchenette. There is noise from the street because it’s a busy location, but this wasn’t a problem for us. The staff was helpful and attentive. We loved the San Nicolas restaurant right across the street. Thank you Casa Morales!

For the most part it was excellent service. However, our suite one of the rooms ended with no air conditioning, the electricity went out and the toilet wouldn’t flush.

Our unit was on the 3 1/2 level with no elevator so not great! And was very hot on arrival, took us a while to cool. TV 6 channels very limited and no access to YouTube, Netflix or other stations. The staff was not the greatest either. Only one guy was friendly and helpful. The rest of the male staff was unfriendly and bent out of shaped when asked for help.

We loved it here! I stayed with my sister and parents and we had the best time! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Tall ceilings with lovely bedding and clean towels. There was no food like tea and coffee but there were all the amenities and a supermarket very close by. The pool was lovely and the property was great. Would definitely stay again! Getsemani is a great neighbourhood, you’re a stones throw away from everything, you won’t need a taxi to get to the main attractions. The only thing was that they recommended a very expensive tour company, we found a similar tour for less than a quarter of the price.
